All orders undergo strict quality control. We work only with verified manufacturers, perform sampling, and carry out continuous inspections during production. At the customer’s request, we also enable independent audits or inspections of finished parts. We inform you about every change in an order in a timely manner and guarantee that every delivered component meets the required parameters.
If a problem arises, the customer can use our transparent complaint process. After a complaint is reported, we perform a detailed analysis and propose a solution. We strive for quick resolution and minimization of impacts on the customer’s production.

Yes. Our application allows tracking orders at every stage—from inquiry confirmation through production to shipping. For key orders, it is also possible to obtain visual documentation from production. Thanks to a transparent system, customers always know when they can expect delivery.
PARTORY takes data protection very seriously. All partners sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that protects sensitive information about production and business relationships. The manufacturing process is anonymized—buyers do not know the specific suppliers, and suppliers do not know the final customer. We also ensure address neutralization and secure data storage on protected servers.
In the Customer APP, click on New Request and fill in exactly what you want to inquire about.
You can find all your inquiries in the Customer APP in the My Requests section. There you will see an overview categorized by status. Inquiries for which an offer has already been received are in the Offers section – just confirm them.
You don’t have to. In the Customer APP, all drafted orders and inquiries are saved as Drafts, so you can finish them at any time.
You can find this information in the Customer APP in the details of the specific order. If it is in production, the status Production will be displayed.
You can find an exact delivery estimate in the Customer APP in the order details. If a tracking number is available, it will be displayed there as well.
In the Customer APP, go to the My Orders section and click on the order details. In the Documents section, you will find all invoices and delivery notes available for download.
If you have forgotten your password for our portal, open the application and click on “Forgot your password?“. You will then receive a link via email to reset your password.
Log in to the Customer APP and in the My Orders section, you will see all your orders and their current status.
Open the Customer APP, go to the My Orders section, and in the Claims subsection, you will see all your complaints and their current status.
