Plasma, oxy-fuel and waterjet cutting
Select a cutting process for the material, thickness and edge requirements of your component.
PARTORY is your manufacturer and direct supplier. We are responsible for the agreed price, delivery date and quality.
What we manufacture for you
Bracket and mount blanks
Shaped blanks with mounting holes for brackets and mounts, with bending or further machining added as specified.
Panels and cover plates
Flat panels, covers and plates with openings for access, mounting and cable routing.
Stiffeners and ribs
Structural stiffeners, ribs and connecting plates prepared for subsequent assembly or welding.
Mounting and base plates
Plates with hole patterns and shaped cut-outs. Any machining of mating surfaces is assessed from your drawings.
Flanges and connecting parts
Flat flanges, connectors and gusset plates shaped to the drawing and assembly requirements.
Box and enclosure blanks
Blanks for walls, lids and doors of boxes, enclosures and covers, with subsequent bending and joining included within the agreed scope.
Part examples
These examples illustrate the scope. Feasibility is assessed against your documentation.
What we account for in production
Material and thickness
We assess plasma, oxy-fuel or waterjet cutting against material, thickness and part shape.
Heat-affected edge or cold cutting
For thermal methods we account for heat effects at the edge. For waterjet cutting we assess the benefit of cutting without a heat-affected zone and the required cut quality.
Geometry and subsequent machining
We account for contours, holes and machining allowances when selecting cutting and secondary operations.
Send us the drawings or model you have. We handle the technical review and clarify missing details with you or, by agreement, directly with your technical team.
Secondary operations
Quality requirements are defined for the part
Before the order, we agree critical dimensions, measurements, any sampling and required records. Changes to documentation, material or process are reviewed before implementation. A company certificate does not replace approval of a specific component.
Technical details and questions
We assess dimensional capability and achievable accuracy against material, geometry and batch size. We review production and inspection from the documentation and clarify ambiguous requirements with your technical team.
What should be specified for this part?
Material and thickness; heat-affected edge or cold cutting; geometry and subsequent machining.
